El farasha/ الفراشة translated from Arabic into English:
‘’the Butterfly’’.
A small idea can spread and grow large in scale. Energy has the potential to flow from one thing into the next. It reshapes, merges and can transform into something else, as all is in a constant change.
Do you see life as a series of planned events or the result of multiple paths governed by the choices we make? Would another action have led to the same result? What if everything affects everything.
‘’the Butterfly’’ is a commissioned performance especially created for the CDN Festival, Egpt. The work was developed in collaboration with local dancers of Cairo's free-scene..
